When one has a Victim point of view, they see the world with the size of the I Zone as much smaller than the They Zone. This victim mindset makes one focus their energy and attention on others in order to justify, assign / avoid blame and deny results.

When one has a more Responsible point of view, they see the world with the size of the I Zone as much bigger than the They Zone. This response-able mindset makes one focus their energy and attention on their own actions in order to achieve results and become powerful & effective.
