It is important to know the reasons for wearing the mask and to be able to recognize the times when we are wearing and not wearing the mask.
The mask can be seen as an adjustment of your reaction or emotional projection which can be useful in many instances to show that you are in control.
The mask should not be seen as manipulation or lying because masks serve a purpose and are functional.
The repercussion of not being aware when you are wearing a mask is that you might not know when or how to take it off.
This is when people can’t see through you and you adopt behaviors that run counter to your intentions, and this can be stressful and manipulative.
