You can choose one or a few. Do any of the affirmations appeal to you? After a week or two, you may want to try some of the others.
Repeat your affirmations aloud for 5 – 10 minutes, three times a day, in the morning, at noon and at night. This repetition will slowly help to drive the thoughts home.
While you are repeating the affirmation, work on your breathing. Breathe in slowly. Hold your breath for a few seconds and slowly exhale while repeating your affirmations.
